THE ABOVE RENTAL RATES DO NOT INCLUDE THE CLEANING FEE AND HAWAII STATE

A $72 cleaning fee and 11.40% Hawaii State Taxes will be added to all
stays.
Condo is cleaned before & after your departure, not during your
stay.
Rates quoted are based on 2 person occupancy. Add $10 per
night
for 3 or 4 persons.
5 night minimum stay.
Iron Man (in Oct.) is treated as high season, 7 night minimum stay +
$125 refundable security deposit.
10% discount for returning guests
PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit of $200, to hold your reservation, is required & must
be received within
10 days of making the booking or
reservation
will be cancelled. The
remaining amount
is due no later than 45 days from
the day
you are
scheduled to arrive. Full payment is
required at the time of booking
if
made within
the 45 day time period.
Cancellation must be made 45 days prior to arrival for a
refund.
Shortened stays will receive
no refund.
